Solutions

Six areas of work. One starting point: your operation.

Systems, integrations, automation, artificial intelligence, websites and IT governance are different answers to different problems. Choosing between them comes after understanding how the operation works, and sometimes the answer is to adjust what is already there.

Areas of work

Each area starts from a problem in the operation.

Custom software

When the operation no longer fits off-the-shelf software, and the processes that set the business apart depend on spreadsheets and side records.

System integrations

When the tools work in isolation, and the team copies the same information from one system to another.

Process automation

When repetitive tasks take up the team’s day and depend on someone remembering every step.

Applied artificial intelligence

When the task involves reading, summarizing, sorting or answering, and AI solves a concrete problem instead of just adding complexity.

Websites and digital experiences

When the website has to match the care you provide and lead the people who arrive through it into the real journey of the business.

IT consulting and governance

When systems, access and vendors have piled up with no overall view, and the operation needs to align its practices with Brazil’s LGPD.

How the relationship evolves

Each solution starts from a more advanced point.

The areas above aren’t standalone packages. They fit into a relationship in which each stage widens what we know about the operation, and the context of one project carries into the next.

  1. Understand

    Operational Technology Diagnosis

We find where technology is holding the operation back. The first conversation is free; the full diagnosis, with the Technology Evolution Map, is a paid service, remote or on-site by arrangement.

See how the diagnosis works →
  2. Solve

    Technology Solution Project

We build the solution for the bottleneck the map marked as a priority, in one or more of the areas above.

  3. Connect

    Ecosystem Integration and Evolution

We connect new solutions to what the operation already has, according to the integration possibilities of each tool.

  4. Evolve

    Continuous Technology Evolution

We keep developing from the context we have built together. It isn’t monthly support: it is technology keeping pace with the operation.

  5. Plan

    Technology Evolution Roadmap

We plan the operation’s next technology moves for the coming 6 to 12 months.

Before choosing an area

Not every problem calls for new software.

It’s common to arrive with the answer already chosen: a system, an app, an AI tool. Sometimes that really is the way to go. Often, what holds the operation back sits between the tools rather than inside them.

So the conclusion may be to keep what works, connect two tools, automate a step, reorganize a process or adopt another vendor’s software. Building something new is one of the options, not the starting point.

When the right answer isn’t to build, we say so.

Not sure which area fits your case?

You don’t need to be. Tell us what is happening in the operation; working out where to start is exactly what the diagnosis is for.

Shall we understand your operation?

The next step for your technology starts with a conversation.

You know your business, your processes and the challenges you face every day. We can help you understand how technology can respond to those needs.

Tell us what's happening in your operation. We'll talk through the context, identify possibilities and assess how Diagium can help.

You don't need to arrive with a defined solution.

We start by understanding the problem.

We take on a limited number of new projects each quarter.
