Privacy Policy
How we handle your data.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
1. Who we are
Diagium is a brand of TECHNE SISTEMAS TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 65.679.798/0001-95, headquartered at Rua Noroeste, 129, Centro, Promissão/SP, Brazil, ZIP 16370-061 (“Diagium”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data processed on this website under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, “LGPD”).
2. What data we process
Contact form: name, work email, company or clinic name, role and the information you write about your company’s challenge and operation. Please do not include patient health data or other sensitive data in these fields.
Technical access data: IP address, browser type, date and time and pages visited, logged automatically by our hosting infrastructure for the security and operation of the website.
This website does not use cookies, audience analytics or advertising tracking. Fonts and images are served by the website itself.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use form data to respond to your inquiry, understand your operation’s needs and, where it makes sense, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is carrying out preliminary steps related to a contract at your request (LGPD art. 7, V) and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of the conversation (art. 7, IX).
Technical data is used to keep the website secure and running, based on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) and, where applicable, the legal obligation to retain access logs (art. 15 of Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework).
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers that operate the website on our behalf, to the extent necessary:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and technical access logs.
- Resend (United States): delivery of contact form messages to our mailbox.
- Our corporate email provider, where messages are stored.
We may also share data when required by law or by order of a competent authority.
5. International transfer
Because these providers process data outside Brazil, an international data transfer takes place. It is carried out with contractual safeguards compatible with the LGPD, under its art. 33.
6. How long we keep it
Form messages: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for up to 2 years after the last contact if no business relationship arises. If you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law. Technical access logs: generally up to 6 months.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized, unless the law allows or requires it to be kept.
7. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to received messages is restricted to Diagium’s team. No system is completely immune to incidents; if one occurs that may pose a relevant risk, we will notify the data subjects and Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD) as required by the LGPD.
8. Your rights
Under LGPD art. 18, you may request: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; information about who we share your data with; and deletion of data processed based on your consent, where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest and file a complaint with the ANPD.
9. Data protection officer and contact
Data protection officer: Vinicius Garcia Nascimento, by email at vinicius@diagium.com. We respond to requests within 15 days.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date of the current version is always shown at the top of this page.
